Welcome to Ezeekard a product of Tech Glazers Pvt. Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ezeekard’s digital card system. By accessing or using Ezeekard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Acceptance of Terms:
    By accessing or using Ezeekard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Ezeekard.
  • Account Registration:
    You will be required to provide data to Tech Glazers for creating an account or page to access features of Ezeekard.
  • Use of Ezeekard:
    You agree to use Ezeekard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Ezeekard in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Ezeekard or interfere with any other party's use of Ezeekard.
  • Content Ownership:
    You retain ownership of any content using Ezeekard. By uploading or creating content, you grant Tech Glazers Pvt. Ltd. to store the data but Tech Glazers shouldn’t share or sell the data.
  • Privacy Policy:
    Your use of Ezeekard is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using Ezeekard, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    In no event shall Tech Glazers Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Ezeekard.

  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Ezeekard shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
